Dr. Monika is a Chiropractor, Registered Massage Therapist, and massage educator based out of Calgary.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Monika is also certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture from McMaster University as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA.

Dr. Monika believes that exercise is an important part of a healthy life and has been involved in gymnastics, skiing, basketball, rugby, and running.
